“3A Roofing undertook a major roof repair and replacement on our timber-framed house. They had to work to strict requirements, as the building is listed.

Right from the start Simon and Anton and their team paid meticulous attention to detail. Anton supervised the work throughout the two and a half month process, and did all the lead work and much else himself. We were enormously impressed by the professionalism of all the team. This included consulting us on every decision however small, and ensuring we were happy with every choice that needed making. It also involved working with other companies – the scaffolders, the carpenters, the guttering specialists amongst others, and coordinating all the work.

Our home was surrounded by scaffolding throughout this process, but the team also demonstrated great discretion and politeness. As a result we did not feel like goldfish, and that was thanks purely to the discretion of the team. At no time in two and a half months did we even hear someone use an expletive.

The finished result is absolutely fantastic, and we have had many many compliments on it from people who live in our town. We also felt both snug and smug in the recent very cold weather. We cannot recommend 3A Roofing too highly.”
